NEW PASSPORT & RENEWALS PASSPORT REQUIREMENTS

Requirements for Renewals passport. When you apply to Renew your passport you must include

Completed application form. Download Application Form

(3) recent passport-sized color photographs.

The previous Sudanese passport.If the passport is lost or stolen, you must produce an original police report from the Japan Police authorities plus a copy of the previous passport AND the original Sudanese Nationality Certificate.

Fee: Yen 26.000.

Personal appearance is mandatory for new passport application.

STUDENT PASSPORT RENEWALS

Requirements for New passport:
When you apply to new passport must include:

Original letter or certificate from university/school verifying current student status; OR b.Original student ID showing current semester/quarter. (photocopies of IDs ARE NOT acceptable)
